  • Molecular Electronics: Molecular scale charge transport, conduction mechanism, interaction of charge carrisers with molecules, contact effect, energy band structure and optical properties.
  • Nanolithographic techniques (STM/AFM, E-beam, Microcontact, Nanoimprint) to Fabricate and Characterize Novel Nanostructures
  • Nanoparticles/Nanowires as electronic/sensor devices.
  • Flexible plastic electronics.
